Ingredients
- 1 Pork Kielbasa, sliced
- 1 Sweet Potato, chopped
- 4 Small Potatoes, chopped*
- 2 Heads Broccoli, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1-2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
Honey Garlic Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard, (or Stone Ground Mustard)
- ½ teaspoon Dried Basil
- ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
-
Whisk together the honey garlic sauce ingredients and set aside 1-2 Tablespoons for serving.
-
Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a baking sheet and add the sweet potato and small potatoes. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper and toss to coat.
-
Add the sliced kielbasa to the pan with the potatoes and brush generously with the prepared honey garlic sauce, making sure to reserve 1-2 tablespoons for a final drizzle. Bake for 20 minutes.
-
In the meantime, drizzle a little olive oil and season the chopped broccoli with salt and pepper. After the initial 20 minutes of baking, add the broccoli to the sheet pan. Continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the broccoli turns a vibrant green and is tender-crisp.
-
Remove from the oven and brush the kielbasa with the remaining sauce or drizzle it all over the entire dish. Serve immediately and enjoy your perfectly cooked, flavorful one-pan meal!
Recipe Notes
To reheat leftovers, simply place them in a 350-degree F oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until thoroughly heated through and deliciously warm. This helps maintain the crispy texture of the vegetables and keeps the kielbasa juicy.
