Clover Wonder Clips — Sewing and Quilting Clips (10‑pack)
Product description
Made in USA or Imported.
This package contains a 10-piece set of Clover Wonder Clips in red. Each clip measures roughly 1 inch long by 3/8 inch wide, with a 1/8 inch guide scale molded on the inner jaw so you can align hems and edges accurately. The lower portion of the jaw is translucent red (with clear areas), giving you visual reference while you work.
The clips open broadly to clamp several layers at once, making them a strong alternative to pins when working with vinyls, oilcloth, thick quilting layers, straps and handles for handbags, piping, or quilt bindings. The flat back of each clip lets the fabric feed smoothly under a presser foot, and the varied sizes in the set help tackle narrow folds or larger seams.
They’re intended for holding fabric in place during cutting, positioning, and stitching — but exercise caution and remove clips before the presser foot and needle pass over them. The clips are molded plastic with a spring action and are compact enough to store in a sewing basket.
Pros
- Holds layers without puncturing fabric
- Flat base eases feeding under presser foot
- Includes ruler markings for alignment
Cons
- Must be removed before sewing over
- Smaller sizes may struggle with very thick stacks
- Higher-priced than generic clip alternatives
VerdictThese clips are a practical tool for anyone who sews heavy, slippery, or layered fabrics. They grip multiple layers without piercing material, sit flat for smoother machine feeding, and come in three useful sizes. Remember to remove them before the needle passes over them.

Securely holds multiple layers
Very robust for mini clips — they clamp three or more layers and stabilize the work. Love the colors and the grip strength.

Very sturdy and useful size range
The set’s three sizes proved handy. The large clips saved a tricky project and the minis and mediums are far tougher than cheap alternatives that snap.

Great for crafts — no more pin holes
Prefer these to pins for craft projects. They prevent fabric shifts and holes, and the size range handles thicker materials or wider folds well.

Perfect for bags and batting
I find them at least as useful as pins and often better for bag construction or sandwiching batting. Bought another pack for larger jobs.

Amazing grip — indispensable for tape and oilcloth
I used them to hold bias tape while stitching and they kept everything perfectly aligned. Later, they were essential for turning rounded oilcloth corners without pinning.
