COOKER KING 11" Stainless Steel Crepe Pan — Flat Skillet
Product description
This 11-inch flat skillet is crafted from 100% uncoated stainless steel so there’s no chemical coating to wear away over time. The body uses a tri-ply cladding with a conductive aluminum core between stainless layers to promote fast, edge-to-edge heat transfer and to help avoid hot spots.
The pan has a low 1-inch profile and a broad, flat cooking surface that’s well suited to making crepes, heating tortillas, flipping pancakes, frying eggs, or searing small cuts of meat. Its smooth, uncoated interior will develop a seasoned surface with use, or it can be used with a light film of oil for release.
A rivetless-style handle is supplied; the pan ships with the handle detached and includes the necessary fasteners and an Allen/hex tool for assembly. The handle is stainless steel, ergonomically shaped to remain comfortable on the stovetop and provide a balanced grip when in use.
Compatibility covers gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops. The heavy-duty construction is oven- and broiler-safe up to 900°F, allowing easy stove-to-oven transitions for finishing or keeping dishes warm. When desired, it can be placed in the dishwasher, though many users prefer hand washing to preserve surface condition.
Because the surface is uncoated and PFAS-free (no PFOA or PTFE), cleaning can require more elbow grease than nonstick pans unless a seasoning routine is followed. The package includes the pan, the removable handle with mounting hardware, and the small assembly tool included for quick setup.
Pros
- Tri-ply construction for even heat
- Uncoated, PFAS-free cooking surface
- Low-profile flat design ideal for flipping
Cons
- Requires proper preheating and oiling to prevent sticking
- Surface can need scrubbing if not regularly seasoned
- Handle ships detached and must be assembled
VerdictA sturdy, uncoated stainless steel crepe pan that excels at even heating and versatile flat-surface cooking. The tri-ply build and aluminum core deliver reliable temperature consistency; the low rim and flat base make it ideal for crepes, tortillas, pancakes and eggs. It arrives with a removable handle and assembly hardware, and its robust construction is oven- and induction-ready. Some may prefer

Performs well for making crepes
I bought this specifically for crepes and it's done the job. Heat spreads evenly, a little olive oil kept batter from clinging, and cleanup was straightforward. Overall I'm pleased with how it cooks.

Regrettable purchase — sticking and burning
My experience was awful. Even following the directions, food stuck badly and burned. I struggled to get it clean over two days and ended up very disappointed with how it performed.

Replaced my mismatched cookware with this line
I've gradually swapped older pans for several from this collection because they perform consistently. Even on a decades-old electric stove the pan reaches a good temperature at medium heat and cooks eggs uniformly. The removable handle is an interesting feature I rarely remove, but the biggest benefit for me has been how neatly the same-style pans stack in my cabinet.

Solid, flat skillet — treat like carbon steel
This stainless pan is hefty and induction-ready. Expect the surface to develop seasoning over time; treating it like a carbon steel skillet helps reduce sticking and makes cleaning easier. For crepes I might prefer a slightly lower lip, but it’s excellent as a comal or griddle for foods that don’t release a lot of liquid.

Versatile pan that handles crepes and more
This is a useful addition for thin pancakes and tortillas thanks to its even heating and low sides. The stainless finish feels durable and the handle is comfortable and secure. Once properly preheated the surface releases well and delivers consistent results for a range of breakfast and light sandwich tasks.

A dependable second pan that earned a spot
I bought a second frying pan because I needed more capacity, and this turned out better than a simple gap-filler. The tri-ply construction feels robust but not awkward, and heat climbs quickly and spreads evenly. The wide flat surface is perfect for eggs and other everyday frying tasks.

Heavy-duty feel, assembly was simple
The model I received had the handle detached but included all screws and the tool needed, so assembly was quick. It’s on the heavier side, which I like for longevity, and the thick bottom spreads heat evenly. The included advice about the water test for preheating helped me get the best results.

Great build quality and included assembly gear
It arrives with the handle detached and a sturdy hex wrench for putting everything together. The three-layer construction feels substantial and well made. The package includes basic setup instructions and a suggestion to wash and dry before use, though you’ll want to look up seasoning tips elsewhere if you want easier food release.
