Decumar Advanced Micellar Cleansing Water — 250 mL Makeup Remover
Product description
This product is a 250 mL (8.45 fl oz) bottle of micellar cleansing water intended as a daily remover of makeup, sunscreen, excess oil and environmental buildup. The single bottle contains the full solution; no additional pieces are required beyond cotton pads for application.
The formula blends micellar surfactants with Willow Bark Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract and Glycerin, plus other mild cleansing agents. Willow bark supplies a natural salicin source to help gently support pore clearing; green tea contributes antioxidants; glycerin helps the skin retain moisture so you don’t feel stripped after wiping.
Use it as a makeup remover and a first-step facial cleanser: saturate a cotton pad and sweep across face and neck to lift away impurities. For eye and lip makeup, hold the soaked pad against the area for 5–10 seconds before gently wiping to help dissolve makeup without rubbing. The product is marketed for oily, combination and blemish-prone skin types and aims to remove excess oil while preserving a comfortable, non-dry finish.
No rinsing is required after use. The water is described as lightweight and non-greasy, leaving skin with a clean, refreshed feeling. Packaging is a single, travel-friendly 250 mL plastic bottle with a simple dispensing cap for controlling how much product is applied to cotton pads.

Surprisingly thorough at lifting oil and grime
My first micellar water experience — I tried it hours after a shower with a bit of moringa oil on my face. A textured cotton pad pulled away much more oil and dirt than I expected, and a second pass still showed residue. My nose looked noticeably cleaner under magnification. The solution feels light, leaves no residue and doesn’t require rinsing.

Takes off what my regular cleanser missed
I used a popular foam cleanser first and thought I was done, but this micellar water removed additional residue. It’s handy for a quick after-work wipe-down: saturate a pad, swipe gently, no rinsing. It seems to calm breakouts a bit. I pair it with the brand’s cleansing milk at night and the two work well together. The bottle size is generous.

Cleans while offering gentle pore support
Most micellar waters simply remove surface grime; this one includes willow bark, a natural salicin source, so each cleanse also supports gentle BHA-like pore care without direct salicylic acid. Green tea adds antioxidant protection. For oily, blemish-prone skin that means makeup removal can also help reduce future congestion.

Solid for nightly makeup and sunscreen removal
I switched to this after my usual product stopped working. I’m prone to irritation but haven’t had problems here. At night I soak a cotton pad and wipe; no harsh scrubbing needed. It doesn’t strip or tighten my skin, and the light scent is unobtrusive. The 250 mL bottle lasts a long time for my routine.

Gentle and effective for sensitive, thin skin
A dermatologist in Vietnam introduced me to this brand years ago and I went back to it recently. It removes makeup, sunscreen and daily residue without irritating my thin, sensitive skin. It never stings my eyes and leaves no tightness. Packaging arrived intact. It costs a bit more than average micellar waters, but it performs well and I’d recommend it.
