LivaClean 50CT Large Hydrocolloid Acne Patches — Big Zit & Cystic Spot Strips
Product description
What’s included: a pack of 50 large hydrocolloid acne patches, each sealed individually for hygiene and travel convenience.
Material and design: made from hydrocolloid material that draws out oils and fluids from pimples and sebaceous filaments. The strips are transparent for low-visibility wear, especially overnight.
Size and customization: patches are supplied as larger strips intended to cover extended areas or several nearby blemishes. They can be trimmed into halves, thirds, or smaller shapes to suit a single spot or a cluster.
How to use: apply to clean, dry skin and wear while sleeping or throughout the day. The hydrocolloid surface absorbs exudate, helps protect the area from picking, and promotes a cleaner healing environment.
Compatibility and fit: formulated to adhere to oilier skin types and to stick over areas where smaller dots might not provide enough coverage. They can also be used under face masks to help reduce friction-related breakouts.
Packaging and portability: each patch is sterilized and wrapped individually for grab-and-go convenience. The strips are travel-friendly and designed to stay sealed until needed.
Pros
- Strong absorption for oily or swollen spots
- Large coverage that can be cut to fit
- Individually sealed for hygiene and travel
Cons
- May feel more adhesive and pull on removal
- Some batches have uneven cuts or adhesive issues
- Larger strips are more visible during daytime use
VerdictThese large hydrocolloid patches offer strong absorption and wide coverage for multiple or stubborn spots. They adhere well for overnight wear, are easy to trim to fit smaller blemishes, and come individually packaged for portability. Some users report stronger-than-expected adhesion and occasional batch inconsistencies, but overall they’re a reliable option for protecting lesions, preventing pick

Works well for nose areas
Effective on the nose and handles sebaceous filaments nicely. Much more affordable than specialized nose strips.

Okay, would prefer salicylic acid
Sind ok, würden mit Salicylsäure noch effektiver sein.

Great for multiple spots
Perfect when a larger area has several pimples. I trim pieces for single spots — they outperform other brands I've tried.

Patchs très efficaces
Ces patchs sont géniaux. Je les mets le soir et le lendemain le bouton a souvent disparu ou fortement diminué. Je recommande.

Powerful extraction — use carefully
These pull out a surprising amount of oil. Avoid very sensitive areas, as they can leave redness. I trim them for swollen blemishes and also use them as impromptu bandages when traveling.

Dependable and economical
I use these constantly. The long strips are easy to cut into halves or thirds. They clear under-skin blemishes after a few nights, stick well, and last a long time.

Teen-approved, repeat buy
My granddaughter asked for these twice. The 50 large hydrocolloid patches are easy to use, tested in the USA, and cover more area so she doesn’t need multiple small dots. Good value and we’ll keep buying them.

Recommended by a dermatologist at home
These became a staple for my teen after a dermatologist suggested them during acne treatment. They stick well, discourage picking, and the large size makes covering multiple blemishes simple.

Large quantity and reliable hold
A big pack with lots of patches, which is great for skin-picking. They’re thicker than many I’ve tried but still stay put. The large strips are visible, so I reserve those for night; the clear varieties are subtle enough for daytime.

Works well, small annoyances
They do the job and are a good size for chin or jaw areas. Slight downsides: the adhesive is stronger than typical face dots and can feel like tugging when removed. The backing tab doesn’t separate cleanly, which is a bit fiddly. Still recommend.

Recent batches seem off
I reordered several times and liked earlier packs. The newer ones have rougher cuts and the adhesive clings to the backing, leaving distorted edges that catch on hair and fabrics but don’t always adhere to the skin as well.

Helps wounds heal, but can lift off
I used one on a stubborn spot that wouldn’t heal. It protected the area and stopped me from picking, which helped it mend. Occasionally a patch will fall off and they’re a bit more expensive than some alternatives.
