This compact small-bird cage is designed for portability and short-term housing. It features a carrying handle for easy short-distance moves and serves well as a starter or travel cage for parakeets, canaries, finches and other similar-sized birds.
The kit ships with two plastic feeding cups, a single swing and two plastic perches so a small bird has food, water and an area to play. The base is a removable plastic tray that pulls out for quick cleaning and maintenance.
Construction uses black powder-coated steel wire with 3/8" spacing to keep tiny birds secure while allowing good airflow and visibility. Overall external dimensions are 12 inches long by 9 inches wide by 16 inches high, providing a compact footprint that can sit on a surface or be carried.
The cage is compatible with Prevue’s tubular steel hanging stand, model 1781 (white), if you prefer an elevated display.
