4 lb Acorn-Scented Deer Mineral Brick — Long-Lasting Attractant

Product description

What you get: a single 4-pound mineral brick formulated as a ready-to-use deer attractant. The block is composed of mineral and salt compounds infused with a concentrated acorn aroma and added flavoring designed to entice deer.

Purpose and composition: minerals provide nutritional building blocks that can support antler development and general health. This product combines those minerals with a high-acorn scent profile so deer that prefer acorns are more likely to investigate and linger at the site.

Time-release performance: the brick is engineered to break down gradually as deer lick it, delivering attraction over a period of weeks and sometimes months. Rain and weather can wash small amounts into the soil, leaving a lasting trace that helps keep the area active even after the block itself is depleted.

How to use: the block is ready straight from the package. Place it on the ground, on a decaying stump, or atop a rotting log to establish an active mineral site. Bucks and does will lick the block repeatedly, so set it in an area visible from your observation or hunting position and check periodically for consumption and ground residue.

About the maker: produced by a brand focused on hunting gear and wildlife attractants, this mineral brick fits into a lineup of products intended to improve observation and hunting success through scent and nutritional appeal.

Pros

  • Strong acorn scent and flavor
  • Ready-to-use 4 lb brick
  • Long, time-released attraction

Cons

  • May arrive fractured in transit
  • Not preferred by every local deer herd
  • Leaves residue in soil after use

VerdictThis 4 lb acorn-scented mineral brick delivers sustained attraction for deer by slowly releasing flavor and minerals over time. Easy to deploy and effective for many users, though performance can vary with local deer preferences and placement.

The deer that come through my yard at night really go after this block.

    Arrived Cracked but Functional

Well packed yet arrived cracked into several pieces; it still fit on my holder and works.

    No Effect in My Area

No luck here. I live over 12 miles from the nearest oak stand and my deer obsess over real acorns. They will clear a large pile of acorns overnight, yet my trail camera has not captured a single image of a deer licking this brick despite months of monitoring.

    Fast Results

Deer showed up within two days and it quickly became a regular run.

    Less Popular Than Others

My deer prefer other mineral blocks over this one; alternatives I use elsewhere are consumed more quickly.
