Thyseed PPSU Anti-Colic Baby Bottle — 8 oz, Breast-Like Nipple, 2-Pack
Product description
What’s included: two 8 oz (240 mL) PPSU feeding bottles fitted with medium-fast, breast-shaped silicone nipples (recommended for babies 3 months and up). Each set contains the bottle body, a silicone nipple, a base vent assembly, and a sealing cap for the vent.
Vent design and feeding: a patented base vent sits at the bottom of the bottle and is engineered to keep air separated from the milk during feeds. The nipple’s profile supports a natural latch and the design releases milk only when the infant actively suckles, promoting paced, baby-led feeding and helping avoid gulping.
Construction and care: the bottles are made from lightweight, impact-resistant PPSU plastic that resists discoloration and withstands drops. The sealed neck eliminates a traditional valve in the collar, reducing potential leak points and simplifying assembly. Each bottle breaks down into four main parts for cleaning; they are compatible with standard sterilizers and are safe for dishwasher and freezer use. The materials are free of BPA and BPS.
Adjustable flow: replacement nipples are available in multiple flow rates so the feeding pace can be matched to different developmental stages. The bottom vent can be removed for cleaning or replacement, and the overall design is intended to make transitioning between breast and bottle smoother for combo-fed babies.
Pros
- Breast-mimicking silicone nipple encourages a natural latch
- Base vent reduces air in the milk to help prevent gassiness
- Durable, lightweight PPSU and simple four-piece design
Cons
- Higher-cost option compared with basic bottles
- Different bottle sizes may use non-interchangeable lids
- Some parts require careful cleaning to maintain vent function
VerdictThese bottles combine a soft, breast-like teat with a bottom vent system that aims to keep air away from milk and encourage paced feeding. The sealed neck reduces leak points and the PPSU construction is tough yet light. They’re a strong option for breastfed infants needing a bottle that mimics breastfeeding and minimizes gassiness; the modular flows let them adapt as baby grows.

Good option for exclusively breastfed babies
Pricier than some but this was the first bottle my two-month-old took without spitting it out. I’ll buy more—knowing he’ll accept a bottle is priceless for me.

Limited usefulness and awkward for storage
Not very versatile for long-term storage of expressed milk and tricky to sterilize. It felt expensive for the short window where it seemed suitable—didn’t work well for mixed feeding or longer storage.

Great find — no leaks or gas
This bottle solved the issues we had with spitting up and discomfort. It seals well, doesn’t leak, and has helped reduce gas. Highly recommend for young infants.

Careful picking sizes — lids won’t swap
I like both the glass and PPSU versions, but learned the hard way that lids and covers aren’t interchangeable between the 5 oz and 8 oz sizes. Cleaning is straightforward with five parts, but pick one size to keep things simple.

Arrived damaged and not as described
Product was not glass as expected and arrived with defects. Packaging seemed mishandled and the item was unusable in its condition.

Overvalued for features offered
Feels overpriced compared with basic bottles; performance is good but not dramatically superior to justify the premium for everyone.

Different from the glass model
This PPSU version isn’t the same as the glass bottle I previously owned—the nipple is shorter and the overall feel differs from the glass model.

Helped with bad latch and excess air
My son couldn’t get a proper latch on other bottles and swallowed a lot of air. This bottle fit his mouth better, formed to his palate, and reduced fussiness. Now I own several and appreciate the replaceable vent and multiple nipple sizes.

Top contender for breastfeeding transition
This is the most realistic-feeling bottle we tried—soft, shaped well, and baby latches easily. It cut down on gas and even helped with comfort nursing. I’ve washed mine dozens of times and haven’t seen any peeling of the markings.

High quality and breast-like flow
Really liked the feel—very similar to breastfeeding. Milk dispenses when baby sucks, not by dripping. Overall very pleased with the quality.

A lifesaver for late bottle introduction
I breastfed exclusively at first and introduced a bottle months later with little success—until this. She accepted it immediately. Easy to clean on a drying rack and gentle on warmed milk. Worth investing in for peace of mind.

Finally a bottle my breastfed baby will try
After weeks of screaming at every other brand, this bottle was the first he tolerated. He latched and fed for a couple of minutes—huge progress before I return to work. I’d almost given up; this one helped break the bottle refusal.
