Mine arrived damaged, but the seller handled it perfectly with a full refund and a promo offer. The wood finish is silky and deeply waxed; one face is great for serving, the other for chopping. Edges are clean, the juice channel is deep, and the overall heft feels premium. Easy to maintain and I’d buy again.
