9.5-Inch Round Tart Pan with Removable Loose Bottom — Carbon Steel (Champagne Gold)
Product description
What you get: a single 9.5-inch round tart pan featuring a removable loose bottom and a matching outer ring. The set is intended to simplify removal of fragile pastries while maintaining a classic fluted edge.
Materials and construction: manufactured from thickened 0.8 mm carbon steel to promote even heat distribution and resist deformation. The interior is coated with a food-grade silicone layer that is rated PTFE- and PFOA-free for higher-temperature safety and easier food release. The rim has been reinforced to make handling and removal simpler and to reduce the chance of warping with repeated use.
Size and capacity: the pan measures 9.5 inches across, suitable for single-layer tarts, quiches and small cheesecakes. The removable bottom design allows the pastry to be lifted out whole for neat slicing and serving.
Performance and use: the nonstick finish reduces the need for excess oil and can shorten baking time by promoting even browning. The loose base allows quick, clean release of delicate crusts and fillings without tearing. Use it for fruit tarts, savory quiches, custard pies and other molded desserts at home or for small gatherings.
Care and support: cleanup is straightforward thanks to the nonstick surface; many users prefer gentle hand washing and immediate drying to preserve the finish. The manufacturer offers customer support for quality concerns and will assist with fit or performance issues so you can get a satisfactory resolution.

Solid feel out of the box
The pans felt sturdy when they arrived. I haven’t used them yet, so I can’t comment on long-term nonstick performance — hence four stars for now.

Excellent build and finish
The packaging protected the pan well. The metal feels thicker than other pans I’ve owned and the coating is very smooth. Very happy with the quality.

Made my Christmas apple tart a success
Easy to work with and simple to clean. My first apple tart turned out great. I placed a tray underneath because some butter dripped through during baking.

Great value and quality for 9.5-inch pan
I used this to make a fruit tart for my husband’s birthday. The removable bottom made release effortless and the finish is excellent. I hand wash and dry it immediately and haven’t had any rust issues.

The size and quality are just right. After trying a similar pan away from home, I bought this and it’s ideal for making shortcakes. Highly recommended.

Perfect for my pastry shop
I bought this for my pastry business and have used it for weeks. The straight sides let me slice without cracking the tart. The cream sets quickly in the fridge and I can slice and decorate without a mess. Durable and bakes evenly; I purchased three and will buy more if needed.

Sturdy and attractive
This was the final piece we needed for our bakeware. The nonstick works well, the color is lovely, and it bakes shells evenly. Feels like it will last a long time.

Truly nonstick and easy release
This is a heavy, well-coated pan. For my first bake I made a bacon, onion and potato cheese tart with a homemade pastry. I didn’t grease the pan and the crust released cleanly — the side slipped away without drama and the bottom lifts out with a spatula.
