Great for machine sprouting
High germination and few broken beans. They make long, slender shoots ideal fresh or lightly stir-fried. Good value for sprouting.

Adds great flavor to soups
Excellent in my soup — tasty and nourishing. Consistent results when cooking.

Inconsistent cooking in the bag
Some beans cooked perfectly but many stayed hard, forcing me to overcook part of the batch. Feels like mixed-age beans. They are also on the smaller side.

The Oracle 3/5
Tiny beans, thin sprouts
Very small beans that yield skinny sprouts. Fine if you want inexpensive beans, but not ideal for plump sprouts.

Did not sprout; long to cook
These failed to sprout and barely swelled after 24 hours. They took far longer to cook than expected. I won’t order again.

Softer texture than non-organic
Much smoother and more tender than non-organic ones I tried. We use them in Lü Dou dishes; beans are small and cook up nicely. Packaging was green.

Reliable sprouting and tasty
Nice flavor and they sprout consistently for me. I even grew plants from some sprouts that produced more pods. Very pleased and will repurchase.
