Sold in boxes of 25, these Quality Park Survivor expansion mailers are constructed from DuPont Tyvek to provide durable, low-weight protection for shipments and storage.
Each envelope measures 10 x 13 inches flat and features gusseted sides that expand to accommodate thicker contents — up to about 2 inches of added capacity — making them suitable for stacks of documents, books, transcripts, clothing items, and similar bulkier goods.
The closure uses a Flap-Stik/Redi-Strip style self-adhesive strip with a removable protective paper liner. Peel the liner away and press the flap down for a fast, no-moisture seal; the liner helps keep the adhesive clean during storage for a longer shelf life.
Because Tyvek is not paper but a spun polyethylene material, these mailers are substantially lighter than comparable paper envelopes while offering superior resistance to punctures, tears, and moisture. The opaque white surface also helps preserve privacy during transit.
A pack of 25 provides a convenient supply for shipping, filing, or waterproofing important records. Tyvek is a trademark of DuPont used under license by TOPS Products LLC.

Chosen instead of medium flat-rate boxes
I bought these to avoid the medium flat-rate box. Single-person estate papers fit a flat envelope, but couple files needed more room. These hold the documents, cost less to mail, and Tyvek reassures me the envelope won’t rip open.

Exactly what I expected: solid color and sturdy construction. I bought these to mail soft items; the sealing strip works but could be tackier for shipping, so I’ll add tape when mailing. Arrived sealed and in good condition; I’d reorder.
