Materials and edges: one side features a copper-colored scraping edge designed to reach into low- to medium-pile carpets and rugs to dislodge embedded pet hair, dirt, and debris. The opposite side uses a rubber blade to lift surface lint, fur, and dust from upholstery, sofas, car seats, blankets, and hard floors.
Handle and size: the pole telescopes so the handle can extend up to 56.7" to let you work standing up and avoid repeated bending or kneeling. The head connects to the handle via a threaded joint for straightforward assembly and compact storage.
Where to use it: intended for low- and medium-pile carpets, short plush rugs, carpeted stairs, car trunks, and upholstered furniture—ideal for routine hair removal and refreshing matted fibers. It is not recommended for knitted, wool, jute, silk, high-pile, or cotton-thread fabrics, which can snag or be damaged.
Durability and care: built with a stable frame and designed for repeated use. Unlike disposable sticky rollers, simply clear away collected hair and debris after use and continue. Its reusable nature and straightforward operation make it suitable as a practical gift for pet owners who want an easy way to manage shedding.

Great for human hair, too
No pets here, but two teens with long hair left carpets covered. After raking, a thorough vacuum was all that was needed. It saved our vacuum rollers a lot of wear.

Excellent at removing old dog hair

Amazing for cat hair
I pulled this from the box, put it together, used the soft side for a couple of minutes and produced a huge pile of fur. Flipping to the other edge yielded even more. If carpet hair is a problem, this makes removal easy. Highly recommend!

Simple, efficient, a gamechanger
After trying a handheld version, this full-size rake is a gamechanger for long-haired cats and a big dog. One side works for short pile, the other for fluffier rugs. It saves me vacuum trips and time.

Fast hair removal — assembly note
My Golden Retriever and Maine Coon shed a lot. Assembly was easy though the tiny print made it hard to know which pieces joined; labeling would help. Once built, it worked perfectly with little force and a bit of practice.

Great performance, shaky handle
The rake itself does a fantastic job, but the handle keeps coming loose during use. I ended up drilling a screw to hold it in place.

Works well for older users
My vacuum wasn’t getting the embedded Golden Retriever hair out of a 9x12 rug. After about 15 minutes with this rake I removed a lot of hair without strain — I’m 75 and it wasn’t tiring. Very satisfied.

Handy for stairs with pets
Put it to use right away — it makes deep-cleaning stairs much easier. I only wish the tines reached a little farther into stair crevices, but overall very pleased.

Revives matted carpet and pulls hidden lint
Exceeded my expectations — it pulled up a surprising amount of buried lint and hair and helped the carpet feel plush again. Solid build but still lightweight for longer sessions.
