Comfortable chair, disappointing footrest failure
The chair itself is comfy and sturdy and earned many compliments. Sadly, a strap attachment on one footrest started to tear, making the footrest unusable and lowering my rating.

Compact for festivals, great support
Setup is quick and the chair folds down very compact. Customer service was excellent when I had an issue. I brought it to a music festival and got lots of compliments; it sits a bit higher than some folding chairs, which I didn’t mind.

Beach-tested and very comfy
Took these to the beach and ended up napping. Setup was simple, they feel solid and comfortable. My only small gripe is the cup holder sits a little low, but otherwise I love these chairs.

These are top-quality chairs that draw attention. I’d owned other hammock chairs before and bought this pair mainly for the footrests. The footrests slide in with metal support rods and secure with straps, and they really improve lounging. Overall the build and comfort meet my expectations.
