CoQ10 Ubiquinol 600 mg Softgels — High-Absorption Supplement (120)
Product description
Patented reduced-form ubiquinol (Curdisol-QR) — This product uses a proprietary ubiquinol form engineered to balance water and fat solubility, which the manufacturer reports absorbs several times better than ubiquinone. The intent is to make the reduced CoQ10 more bioavailable so smaller amounts are more readily used by the body.
Potent single-day serving — Each suggested daily serving equals 600 mg of CoQ10 delivered across two softgels. The bottle contains 120 softgels, so following the recommended intake provides about a 60-day supply. Softgel capsules are smooth and described as easy to swallow for everyday use.
Vitamin E as a cofactor — The formula includes 100 IU of mixed tocopherols (multiple Vitamin E forms) to support the antioxidant activity of ubiquinol and help protect cells from oxidative stress. The combination is intended to enhance the stability and action of CoQ10.
Omega-3, -6 and -9 blend — A 300 mg combination of essential fatty acids is added to support cardiovascular and general wellness. The three-way blend is intended to offer complementary benefits alongside CoQ10’s role in cellular energy and antioxidant defense.
Clean composition and allergen information — The product is presented as all-natural and non-GMO, without artificial colors, flavors, or other additives. It is labeled free from dairy, soy, gluten, wheat, egg and shellfish, making it suitable for many common dietary restrictions.
How to use — Recommended dosing is two softgels per day, convenient for people with busy schedules; softgels are travel-friendly and designed to integrate into a daily supplement routine. As with all supplements, consistent use over time is suggested to assess effects.

High-dose softgels that are easy to swallow
I’ve been using these CoQ10 softgels and find the capsules smooth and simple to take despite the strong 600 mg daily dose. No unpleasant aftertaste and the bottle holds many servings, making it straightforward to include in my routine. It will take time to judge long-term effects, but the quality and convenience have been good.

A complementary aid, not a medicine
I’ve taken ubiquinol for cardiovascular support for a long time. This formulation also includes omega fatty acids and Vitamin E. As an older adult it has helped me, and I recommend it as a supportive supplement rather than a drug.

I used this during an IVF stimulation cycle. The softgels were compact and easy to swallow, delivered the CoQ10 amount I wanted, and left no aftertaste.

Fertility update — meaningful results after months
I took 600 mg daily for about nine months while preparing for IVF (three-month minimum is often advised for egg quality). In my first stimulation cycle I had 5 eggs retrieved, 4 fertilized, 3 made blastocyst and 2 were chromosomally normal embryos. I believe the supplement, combined with acupuncture and fertility-focused diet, helped. Still awaiting final results from the second round.

Taken while trying to conceive — positive outcome
I began taking these after reading about CoQ10 for fertility. Three months after adding them (and tracking ovulation closely) I’m now 12 weeks pregnant. I can’t say it was the only factor, but the small, easy-to-swallow softgels had no side effects for either of us. I stopped once pregnancy was confirmed as recommended.

A solid complement to other vitamins
This pairs well with our Vitamin K+D routine. On days when fresh, CoQ10-rich foods aren’t available it gives a noticeable lift in how we feel. I tested a softgel for taste and found it unoffensive. The concentration per serving is impressive and we’ll be reordering.

Softgels are easy to swallow and odorless
These are simple to swallow and I didn’t notice any taste or smell. I’m on my second bottle and have had no side-effects. The capsules arrived intact and not stuck together. They’ve also given me a modest energy boost while trying to improve my egg quality.
