Executive Big & Tall Ergonomic Office Chair with Lumbar Support
Product description
Targeted adjustable lumbar for longer sessions: This high-back ergonomic chair includes a built-in, adjustable lumbar system designed to provide direct support to the lower back. The mechanism lets you increase or decrease lower-back pressure so it adapts to different body shapes and sitting habits, helping reduce soreness during long work or play periods.
Space-saving flip-up armrests: The armrests rotate up to 90°, allowing the chair to tuck closer to desks in compact rooms. The flip-up design also offers additional freedom for alternate seating positions and makes storing the chair under a workstation easier when space is limited.
Rocking and tilt lock from 90°–135°: The chair offers a smooth rocking motion with a usable range from upright to a laid-back position, and it can be locked at the upright angle for stable working. Release the lock to recline for breaks and casual use, balancing productivity and relaxation.
Durable, breathable upholstery with refined stitching: Upholstered in scratch-resistant PU leather, the seat showcases diamond stitching for an elevated look and a textured surface. A ventilated center panel reduces heat buildup compared with solid leather, improving comfort over extended hours.
Sturdy construction and included hardware: The frame is reinforced with steel components, a reliable gas lift, and a robust base engineered to support up to 350 lbs. The package contains clear instructions and the necessary tools for assembly in roughly 20 minutes. The product also includes an extended support warranty and around-the-clock customer service for assistance.
Pros
- Adjustable lumbar support for personalized comfort
- 90° flip-up arms save space and add flexibility
- Breathable PU leather with diamond stitching
Cons
- May not suit very tall users despite 'big & tall' label
- Seat padding can compress during long sits
- Recline may feel stiff until broken in
VerdictComfortable and feature-rich for most home office and gaming setups: the chair combines targeted lower-back adjustment, space-saving flip-up arms, and a reclining/rocking range for work and breaks. Build and materials are solid for the price, but very tall users or those who need extra seat cushioning may want to evaluate fit before buying.

Completely in love
I absolutely love this chair.

Seat cushioning could be softer
I bought it for the adjustable lumbar, but the seat causes tailbone discomfort after about two to three hours. If you sit very long stretches, consider extra padding or a different cushion.

Good value, but not truly 'big & tall'
This chair performs like many mid-range office chairs—nothing extravagant, but decent. The PU leather is supple and the diamond stitching looks classy. We chose the coffee color and it’s a rich brown. Assembly was straightforward. Flip-up arms are handy even if I rarely use them. The adjustable lumbar is useful as a set-and-forget feature. The padding is okay, but it can flatten after long periods.

Senior-friendly setup, lumbar is excellent
Assembling this as an older user was surprisingly easy—the instructions were clear and parts lined up well. I did need a hand for the back panel but managed it. The adjustable lumbar should help during my 12-hour workdays; the seat is roomy and the fabric feels nice. It isn't the tallest chair, but it's comfortable.

Very comfortable, recline loosens up
This chair is comfortable for long gaming sessions—no numbness like my old seat. It feels solid and I haven't noticed any creaks so far. The recline was stiff at first but has become easier after a few weeks. The lower lumbar pump works very well. Assembly took me about 40 minutes.

Perfect pick for my home office
This high-back chair transformed my workdays. The quilted back looks sharp and the built-in footrest (I use it often) is a major comfort boost for long afternoons. The faux leather is soft yet durable and cleans easily. Assembly was straightforward—under 30 minutes—and the casters glide smoothly on my carpet. The base feels solid. Highly recommended.

Right height and very supportive
At 5'5" this chair hits the sweet spot for my back support without a headrest. I worried it would be too short, but it's the perfect height and very well padded. It feels sturdy, doesn't creak when I rock, and handles my weight (200+ lbs) without issues. Easy to assemble and comfortable for both work and gaming.

Grew on me after extended use
Initially I wasn't impressed, but after regular gaming sessions it's very comfortable—no back pain and no need to shift constantly. It feels sturdy, and the arms are solid when installed correctly. There was a small scratch on the seat out of the box, but it hasn't worsened. Still a worthwhile choice for me.
