Foldable Alloy Bicycle & Scooter Security Lock with Mounting Bracket
Product description
Construction and materials: The lock is built from eight alloy structural-steel links engineered for high tensile and bending strength. The links are joined with rivets using VSR technology to make sawing more difficult, and the cylinder and internal parts include anti-drilling protections. The manufacturer states the design offers increased resistance to cutters, hammers, saws and drills, including attempts with 9T hydraulic cutters.
Coating and corrosion resistance: Each link is finished with an ABS rubber paint that provides a waterproof layer, prevents surface scratches to your bike or scooter, and helps guard the metal from rust and corrosion. The soft outer coating also reduces rattling and contact damage when the lock is transported on the frame.
Mounting and portability: The set includes a mounting bracket that can be attached using screws or a non-slip strap to fit a water-bottle cage or frame tube. When folded, the eight rods collapse into a compact bundle that is lighter and less bulky than many rigid U-locks, making it easy to stow in a bag or affix to the bike.
What’s included and uses: The package comes with the foldable alloy lock, the mounting bracket and three laser-cut keys so you have spares if one is misplaced. The lock is intended for securing bicycles and scooters, and it also works for motorcycles and a range of outdoor items such as gates, grills, lawn equipment, toolboxes, strollers and small machinery. It’s a practical option for commuters and homeowners seeking a portable deterrent.

Check dimensions first
Works fine but it’s too small to attach to many rack styles.

Too small for fat tires
Too short to fit my fat-tire e-bike.

Simple and effective
Bought two of these and both have worked fine for daily use.

Heavy and reliable
Feels solid and folds smoothly. I prefer to carry it in my bike bag rather than mount it on the frame.

Held up during an attempted theft
I liked the compact form and the mounting option. I locked my bike at a mall and someone tried to force it while I was inside; you can see the marks but the lock stayed closed.

Decent for low-risk areas
Reasonable performance for the cost. The exposed folding joints look like potential weak spots, so I’ll keep using it where theft risk is lower and report back if anything changes.

Good for everyday stops
A sensible, low-cost option for moderately safe areas. Won’t stop a grinder, but fine for busy, well-lit places and short parking durations.

Great for errands
Extremely convenient for quick stops. I wouldn’t trust it for overnight security on an expensive bicycle, but it’s perfect for short errands—I’ve purchased several.
