Inkless ZINK printing: The Liene Pearl K100 uses Zink Zero Ink technology to produce full-color images without cartridges. The mechanism develops color within the special paper, so there’s no messy ink to buy or replace.
Included paper and paper features: The pack includes starter Zink adhesive photo sheets (10 sheets in the starter set). The 2 x 3 inch sheets are treated with a glossy polymer overcoat that is water resistant, tear resistant, smudge-proof and dry to the touch. Each sheet has a peel-off adhesive backing so prints become stickers suitable for albums, planners, laptops and crafts. Zink paper formulations are designed to resist fading for years under normal display conditions.
Connectivity and compatibility: Pair the printer to your smartphone using Bluetooth 5.2 for faster, more stable connections with broader range. The printer works with iOS and Android devices through the dedicated Liene mobile app. Photos must be printed via the app.
Paper loading and power: The top cover slides open for quick paper loading. The unit charges with a USB-C cable and a full battery can yield multiple sheets of printing — the manufacturer cites roughly 30 prints per charge under typical use.
Color and mono options: The Pearl K100 prints in color by default; dedicated monochrome Zink sheets are available separately if you prefer black-and-white output. The compact housing is light enough to carry in a bag or pocket for on-the-go printing.
App tools and maintenance: The app includes editing templates, frames and stickers. A new “clean print head” function in the app helps clear white spots or streaks; the cleaning process uses a blue calibration card supplied in support materials and is explained in app/video guides.

Connectivity and alignment issues
Finished a pack and found the recurring need to reconnect after sleep annoying. The app lacks simple edits like rotate. Near the end of the pack several prints were misaligned and cropped oddly. Print quality felt merely average overall.

Impressive print quality
The images look great and there are no cartridges to swap. I wish refill packs were cheaper — like the razor-and-blades model — but it’s ideal for our daughter to share instant photos with friends and family.

Perfect for a family get-together: I printed two copies for people and one for me. They fit small fridge frames. The app has cute frames, and the backing lets you choose between a normal print or a peel-off sticker. Fits in a small bag and paper loads easily; prints are colorful and clear.

I’d wanted a ZINK device and this pink unit fit the bill. Prints pop out in about five seconds. Rarely I get lines — only one out of 23 prints misprinted. Use high-resolution images. I’ll buy more paper.

Loved the color and ease
I loved the printer’s color and the images it produces. Printing is quick and simple. I recommend avoiding very dark photos since they don’t always render as well. The app is intuitive and includes frames and stickers for decoration.

Worth it — simple and enjoyable
I use it for journaling and it performs well. Be aware it crops slightly on one edge, so leave a margin when composing images. Very easy to operate and enjoyable to use.

Perfect for planners and memory keeping
This printer does exactly what I needed for my planner. Stickers go straight into pages with no extra setup. I have an Android and setup was simple. Occasionally it asks to reconnect after idle periods, but it reconnects in seconds. Came with a generous starter supply to begin crafting.

Nice value compared with pricier minis. Slim, attractive body and quick phone pairing. The app offers playful edits. Prints are sharper than older instant brands and stickers attach easily to journals. A recent app fix solved edge-cropping, which improved results.

Beautiful prints but app limited by region
Photos come out gorgeous and the device is easy to use, but the app wasn’t available in my region so I had to find an alternative way to obtain it. I also bought a protective case separately. Still recommend for the prints.
